A white wine made from selected grapes of the native varieties Gouveio, Viosinho, and Rabigato, grown using environmentally friendly techniques – under a certified Integrated Protection system, in transition to Organic Production.
With a clear, slightly greenish color, it presents an intense and very fruity aroma.
On the palate, it is very fresh, perfectly balancing acidity and sweetness. A rich and complex aroma with citrus and tropical notes. Ideal pairing with soft cheeses, oily fish, seafood, and white meats.
