This ‘Grande Reserva‘ is produced from traditional grape varieties, cultivated using environmental friendly techniques – Integrated Protection (CERTIS certified). The fermentation of the grape is made in granite lagares with foot-treading and controlled temperature. This long maceration process provides rich, soft tannins and a deeper color. After stainless steel vats, the wine ages in french and portuguese oak barrels for 12 months. It will get its best with a long-term bottle aging.
